ISD player

The ISD player has built-in high-resolution bridge power amplifiers.

ISD player (44.1/16) containing SD-transport (99 CDs / 99 tracks / CD, random play modes), DAC, power supply, input selection, volume control, discrete high resolution bridge power amplifiers and remote control receiver, all in one compact housing. Integration of these audio components offers highest possible performance by eliminating interlink, ground loop, power supply and component matching problems. Integration also offers required large bandwidth analogue signal processing that's required for the integrated NOS DAC module.

The discrete high resolution bridge power amplifiers are optimized for highest possible dynamic resolution and have no global feedback, and are primarily intended for driving high efficiency speakers. Rated output power equals 18 watts rms in 8 Ohm using on-board mains power supply. Power rating can be increased to 70 watts rms by using external mains (battery) power supplies.

Unit could be powered by batteries only, providing complete isolation from the mains.
